Goalie Jake Sibell notched his second straight shutout Saturday against the Minnesota Wilderness, and this time, he was even better with 38 saves as the Aberdeen Wings beat the Wilderness 3-0 for the second straight night in North American Hockey League action before 1,566 at Odde Ice Center Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Sibell, who had 31 saves in the Wings’ 3-0 victory Friday, had eight saves in the first and 15 in both the second and third periods to leave the Wilderness smarting once-again, while Spencer Schneider, Thomas Manty and Cullen Ferguson scored goals.
Minnesota goalie Jacob Zacharewicz was the hard-luck loser this time around with 26 saves for the Wilderness.
