Photo: New York Unified Court SystemSince the start of COVID, the court system has dramatically changed to a virtual and now hybrid system. Since March, Opus 2 has facilitated more than 500 virtual/hybrid hearings spanning more than 1,100 (sitting) days with 3,600+ participants in total. In the nearly 900 days of full virtual hearings conducted since the first lock down began, Opus 2 has logged almost a quarter million minutes of video conferencing time.
