WILLMAR — Little Falls’ Matt Filippi posted a flawless hat trick with three consecutive goals as Class 1A’s fourth-ranked Little Falls Flyers shutout the Willmar Cardinals 6-0 Thursday, Jan. 28.
Filippi recorded an assist on Coltin Johnson’s opening goal for the Flyers.
Also scoring for Little Falls were Gabe Hirsch and Robby Kuchinski-Helgeson. The Flyers outshot the Cardinals 58-11.
