About 4 months ago I upgraded my 32bit dell laptop from windows 7 to windows 10.
Just last week while viewing window security on both my HP 64bit and Dell 32bit laptops I noticed that I had a blank screen on my dell 32 bit lap.
I browsed the internet, went through several suggestions and instructions but nothing helped. I finally settled for a windows10 reinstall.
I reinstalled windows using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive...
But alas my security at a glance is still blank. Is it because I am on a 32bit platform I wonder?
