ANN ARBOR, MI -- Spring is almost here, and it’s bringing ice cream with it.
Blank Slate Creamery, with locations in both Ann Arbor and Brighton, will be reopening for its 2022 season on March 2. The creamery closed for the 2021 season in December.
The creamery is located at 300 W. Liberty St. in Ann Arbor and is known for serving up a variety of unique flavors, including basil and lavender lemon honey, among more classic options like Madagascar vanilla and chocolate fudge brownie.
Blank Slate will be debuting two new flavors at its opening: chocolate churro crumb and rosemary maple.
Chocolate churro crumb features dark chocolate and brown sugar ice cream with churro pieces made with two different cinnamons. Rosemary maple has maple ice cream with “a hint” of rosemary, according to the creamery’s website.
“Once you try it, you’ll understand,” it added.
Both the complete flavor list and a preorder option are available online. Blank Slate Creamery is at 300 W. Liberty St. in Ann Arbor and is open 2 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 2 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 2 to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Blank Slate Creamery is located at 126 E. Grand River in Brighton and is open from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 to 10 p.m. on Friday, 2 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and from 2 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
