One lucky Swiftie could have the chance to call the historic estate where Taylor Swift filmed her “Blank Space” music video their new home — that is, if they have at least $7 million laying around.
Previously on the market for a whopping $19.95 million, the Woolworth Estate (a.k.a. Winfield Hall) in Glen Cove, New York, is now heading to auction on July 12, when it’s guaranteed to sell at or above $7 million.
The Long Island mansion was built by American architect C.P.H. Gilbert between 1915 and 1916 for entrepreneur and variety store founder Frank Winfield Woolworth. On the 16-plus acres of land, there is a 12-bedroom home spanning across 32,098 square feet, as well as a clock tower with an 11-car garage. It has been a part of the National Register of Historic Places, which ensures that the structure cannot be demolished, since 1979.

Courtesy of Max SpannThe auction is made possible by the estate of historic preservationist Martin T. Carey, who owned Winfield Hall from 1978 until his death last year. Throughout his life, he helped preserve several historic mansions on Long Island and in Newport, Rhode Island.
The famed estate is one that Swifties are sure to recognize, as many of the scenes from the 2014 music video, featuring Swift and model Sean O’Pry, were shot inside. (The exterior scenes were filmed at Oheka Castle, also on Long Island.) Among the featured areas are the ornate Music Room (which was used as the dining room in the video), the first-floor hallway, and a wallpaper-paneled room near the front entrance.

Supposedly, a small remnant from the 11-time Grammy Award winner is still present in the mansion. According to House Beautiful, there’s a piece of tape on one of the first steps of the marble staircase near the main entrance that indicated where Swift should stand during a scene.
Bidding for the Woolworth Estate begins on July 12 with Max Spann, while the home’s opulent furnishings (including a Versace dining room set) will be auctioned off separately.
