6:14 p.m. – What Went Wrong: Third-and-2 from the Ravens 44 yard line midway through the fourth quarter. Eric Ebron drops Ben Roethlisberger's pass, and the Steelers have to punt. The Ravens take over at their 14-yard line.

6:00 p.m. – What Went Right: It took a few more plays than three full quarters, but the Steelers offense finally scored a touchdown, and they simultaneously finally converted a red zone possession. It was a 61-yard drive that took 12 plays, but the critical one came on a third-and-3 from the Baltimore 22-yard line. Benny Snell took the handoff, broke a tackle, and bounced to the outside for a 10-yard gain and a first down. A bit later, Snell's 3-yard run set up a first-and-goal at the 1-yard line, and then Ben Roethlisberger finished it off with a 1-yard pass to JuJu Smith-Schuster. The Steelers led, 19-7, with 13:20 left in the fourth quarter.

THIRD QUARTER: Steelers 12, Ravens 7

5:42 p.m. – What Went Right: It was a quick three-and-out that was highlighted by a 9-yard sack from T.J. Watt. Following the 52-yard punt, the Steelers took over at their 38-yard line with 3:22 left in the third quarter.

5:37 p.m. – What Went Wrong: It was a third-and-4 at the Pittsburgh 22-yard line, and the Steelers came out in a bunch formation where Ben Roethlisberger threw a quick slant to Chase Claypool in the hope he could run for the first down. But Marcus Peters sifted through the trash and tackled Claypool for a 1-yard gain to force a punt. Jordan Berry's punt traveled 56 yards, and after an illegal block penalty, the Ravens started at their 20-yard line.

5:20 p.m. – What Went Wrong: More of the same to start the second half. A 36-yard pass interference penalty on Marlon Humphrey gave the Steelers a first down at the Baltimore 45-yard line, and then two plays later they faced a third-and-1. JuJu Smith-Schuster dropped a quick slant pass, and then Marcus Peters broke up a fourth-down pass for Claypool. The Ravens took over at their 37-yard line.

HALFTIME: Steelers 12, Ravens 7

5:02 p.m. – What Went Right: The Steelers went into the locker room at halftime with a 12-7 lead that came with a big assist from Coach John Harbaugh. Robert Griffin converted a third-and-11 with a 39-yard run, and then on a third-and-9 after the two-minute warning, Justice Hill ran 19 yards to the Steelers 4-yard line. The Ravens used their final timeout of the half after a 3-yard run by Hill put the ball at the 1-yard line with 26 seconds left. A run by Gus Edwards came up short of the goal line, and then instead of spiking the ball and kicking a field goal, the Ravens elected to go for the touchdown. A play-action pass to tight end Luke Wilson looked to be a touchdown, but then Minkah Fitzpatrick stripped the ball and the pass fell incomplete with no time left on the clock.

4:46 p.m. – What Went Wrong: Another Steelers drive of double-digit plays covering over 60 yards, but then came more dropped balls in the red zone and the Steelers had to settle for another short field goal, this one from 27 yards, that extended their lead to 12-7 with 4:27 left in the first half. A 7-yard run by Benny Snell began the drive, and then three straight completions to Diontae Johnson covered 15 yards. Ben Roethlisberger converted a third-and-10 with a 22-yard strike to Chase Claypool, and then an 8-yard pass to Ray-Ray McCloud and then one for 13 yards to Snell made it first-and-goal at the 8-yard line. James Washington couldn't make the play on a second down back-shoulder throw, and then Eric Ebron dropped a pass on third down that led to the field goal.

4:30 p.m. – What Went Wrong: The Steelers answered with a 12-play, 73-yard drive that needed to be 80 yards but wasn't because Chase Claypool and then Diontae Johnson dropped passes on consecutive plays from the Ravens 7-yard line. Ben Roethlisberger converted a third-and-2 with a 3-yard pass to JuJu Smith Schuster, and then he connected with Anthony McFarland for 17 yards, the Eric Ebron for 27 yards, and then JuJu Smith-Schuster for 11 yards. The drops came shortly after that, and Chris Boswell's 25-yard field goal gave the Steelers a 9-7 lead with 11:50 left in the second quarter.
